We now have a further two Level 2 coaches at the Club - Stuart Jenkinson and Alex Smith who both gained their Level 2 UEFA Coaching Certificate.
For those of you who have been down this road you will appreciate that a great deal of personal effort and commitment is needed to achieve this grade of coaching.
Stuart and Alex have done very well indeed and are both still just 17 years of age. Both have the potential for greater things in football coaching.
In support of the Club's Ten Year Strategy (TYS) this means that we have a have 1 @ Level 3 Coach and 4 @ Level 2 Coaches working with the U6s and U7s in the Club. This is in line with the FAs strategy which promotes the concept that higher qualified coaches should be working with the very young players to ensure that good habits are installed at the most impressionable age.
How do you rate our coaches?

HIGHER FA QUALIFICATION
Last weekend, four coaches currently working as volunteers with Sale United Football Club have received the UEFA ‘B’ Level 2 Coaching Certificate following months of intensive training . Jay Brownell, Andy Kirwin and Scott Campbell are currently working with the Under 7 and Under 12 boys squads. Danny McCaul works with the Under 13 Girls.
Congratulations to all of them!
